The house we absolutely fell in love with had some potential water issues. Instead of letting it slide, Kyle buckled down and insisted that the sellers have it properly inspected and mitigated before closing. Even after the deal was done, he stayed in constant contact throughout our entire two-month moving process, checking in regularly just to see how he could help.
